Smoky Maple Bacon Meatball Waffles

  • In a small bowl, using a fork, break apart and crumble the defrosted meatballs and set aside.
  • Mix your favorite waffle mix according to the package instructions and add the crumbled meatballs to the batter.
  • Spoon 1 cup of waffle batter onto your preheated waffle maker and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Remove from the waffle maker, place on a plate and serve with desired amount of maple syrup.
  • Top with additional meatballs and whipped cream if desired.
