Defrost the meatballs in the microwave for 20-30 seconds. In a small bowl, using a fork, break apart and crumble the meatballs and set aside. Mix your favorite waffle mix according to the package instructions and add the crumbled meatballs to the batter. Spoon 1 cup of waffle batter onto your preheated waffle maker and cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove from the waffle maker, place on a plate and serve with desired amount of maple syrup. Top with additional meatballs and whipped cream if desired.
