Beef Toasted Ravioli Nachos

  • 1 pkg. (16oz.) Celentano Toasted Beef Ravioli
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese
  • 1 (15oz. can) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 ½ cups salsa
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 (12oz.) jar pickled jalapeno, drained
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 ½ cups frozen corn, thawed
  • 2 avocados, chopped
  • ½ cup cilantro, chopped


Preheat oven to 375°F. On a foil lined sheet pan sprayed with cooking spray add frozen toasted beef ravioli. Top the ravioli with Mexican cheese, black beans, corn, and jalapenos. Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with the salsa, sour cream, avocado, and cilantro. Serve immediately.
