Bourbon Whiskey Meatballs

  • 1 package (26 oz.) Rosina Italian Style Meatballs
  • 1 cup ketchup (heaping)
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons bourbon whiskey
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce


In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except your meatballs. Add meatballs to the crock pot and pour the whiskey sauce on top, mix to combine meatballs and sauce. Turn the heat to high and cook for 3 hours stirring occasionally. Once the sauce and meatballs are heated through, turn crock pot down to low. Serve with toothpicks as an appetizer.
