Smoky Maple Bacon Meatball Pancake Bake

- 1 package (16 oz.) Rosina Artisan Smoky Maple Bacon Meatballs
- 3 cups dry pancake mix
- 2 ¼ cups milk
- Maple syrup
- Powdered sugar (optional)
Preheat oven to 375°F. Thaw meatballs in microwave for 1 minute. Cut each meatball into four slices and set aside. Combine pancake mix and milk in a large bowl; stir until smooth. Spread the pancake mixture evenly in a greased jelly foll pan. Arrange meatball slices into strips on top of the batter. Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown. Cut into 12 pieces and serve sprinkled with powdered sugar and drizzled with maple syrup.
