Smoky Maple Bacon Meatball Pancake Bake

- 1 package (16 oz.) Rosina Artisan Smoky Maple Bacon Meatballs
- 3 cups dry pancake mix
- 2 1/4 cups milk
- Maple Syrup
- Powdered sugar (optional)
Preheat oven to 375°F. Thaw meatballs in microwave for 1 minute. Cut each meatball into four slices and set aside. Combine pancake mix and milk in large bowl; stir until smooth. Spread mixture evenly in a greased jelly roll pan (15” X 10”). Arrange sliced meatballs into 12 lengthwise strips on top of the batter. Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown. Cut into 12 pieces. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar and drizzled with maple syrup.
