Cheesy, Oven-Baked Gnocchi with Marinara
- 1 package (20 oz.) Celentano Gnocchi
- 1 ½ jars marinara sauce
- 8 oz. pre-sliced fresh mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 tablespoons fresh, sliced basil
Preheat oven to 375°F. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook gnocchi for 1 minute, drain and set aside. In a large bowl, combine the marinara sauce with the gnocchi. In a 7X13 casserole dish, add half the gnocchi with sauce to the bottom of the dish, then top with half the mozzarella cheese, half the Parmesan cheese and half the basil. Repeat with another layer. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Divide among serving plates and sprinkle with extra Parmesan cheese.
