Baked Manicotti with Mozzarella and Marinara
- 1 package Celentano Manicotti (Add Sauce)
- 1 jar (15 oz.) marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350°F, in a 7 X 13 casserole dish cover bottom of a baking dish with half of the marinara sauce, remove manicotti from tray and place into baking dish. Cover the top of the manicotti thoroughly with remaining sauce. Top each manicotti with shredded mozzarella cheese, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over top of manicotti. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Divide among serving plates and sprinkle with extra Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve immediately.
