Cheese Tortellini with Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Pesto

Ingredients

  • 1 package (19 oz.) Celentano Cheese Tortellini
  • 6 oz. basil pesto
  • 3 oz. sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
  • 8 leaves fresh basil, chopped
  • 6 oz. shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions

Bring a large pot of water to a boil, cook Celentano cheese tortellini according to package instructions. Once tortellini is cooked, drain tortellini and place in a large mixing bowl. Toss tortellini with basil pesto, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, and Parmesan cheese. Divide into individual bowls and serve.
