ELIGIBILITY: The sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 or older at the time of entry. Sweepstakes is void outside the 50 United States / DC and where prohibited by law. Employees and members of their immediate families and households of Rosina Food Products, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, retailers, wholesalers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and anyone involved in the production, development or handling of this sweepstakes are not eligible. PROMOTION PERIOD: The sweepstakes will begin on 10/1/2019 at 10:01 am EST and ends at 11:59PM EST on 10/31/2019. Winner will be announced on or around 11/1/2019 by email provided.
HOW TO ENTER: During the promotion period, complete the online form with a valid email address, first name, last name, mailing address, phone number and primary super market. If you choose to enter via a mobile phone, standard message and data rates may apply and entrants should contact their wireless provider for pricing plan details. Entrants must be the authorized account holder of the email account from which the entry is made.
LIMIT: 1 valid email address / entry, each entry must have a valid email address.
WINNING: Rosina Food Products Inc. shall select all winners in a random drawing of all eligible entries. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Rosina Food Products Inc. will be responsible for all applicable shipping and handling fees. Potential winner will be announced via email, winner must respond within ten (10) days to claim their prize. If winner does not claim their prize, prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. Prize acceptance constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use winner’s name and likeness for publicity purposes without additional compensation. Winner may be required, under the discretion of Rosina Food Products Inc., to complete and notarize an Affidavit of Eligibility, an IRS W-9 form and Liability/Publicity Release, which must be returned within ten (10) days of the date on the notification or an alternate winner will be selected.
PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV): Five (5) Grand Prize winners will be awarded a year supply of Celentano pasta in the form of 12 FREE Coupons (up to $5.99, ARV: $71.88); total approximate retail value or ARV not to exceed $71.88. All federal, state, and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Any prize not accepted by the prize winner within ten (10) days of notification will be deemed refused. No cash redemption or substitution will be allowed, except at Rosina Food Products Inc.’s sole discretion. If the prize is unavailable, Rosina Food Products reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
RELEASE: Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. CONDITIONS: Only one registered email account per entrant. If multiple accounts are detected for a single entrant their entries will be disqualified. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or illegible entries or Internet technical, hardware, software, telephone, or transmission failures of any kind, which may limit a person’s ability to enter the Sweepstakes. Proof of entry, does not confirm actual receipt by Sponsor. GOVERNING LAW/DISPUTES: This Program is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York. By participating in this program, entrants agree, to the extent permitted by law, that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Program, will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the State of New York. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including but not limited to costs associated with entering this Promotion but in no event attorneys’ fees.
