Ranch Cheese Tortellini Salad

  • 1 package Celentano Cheese Tortellini
  • ½ cup frozen petite peas, thawed
  • 1 cup Ranch Dressing
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • ½ cup red bell pepper - chopped
  • 2½ tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
  • 6 ounces Swiss cheese, cut into cubes
  • 8 ounces ham, cubed


Cook tortellini according to package directions, rinse, drain and set aside. In a large bowl, combine the tortellini, ham, peas, cheese, green onions, red bell pepper and parsley with the dressing and toss until evenly coated. Chill covered for at least 2 hours before serving.
