Cheese Tortellini and Ranch Salad

  • 1 package (19 oz.) Celentano Cheese Tortellini
  • ½ cup frozen petite peas, thawed
  • 1 cup Ranch Dressing
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • ½ cup red bell pepper - chopped
  • 2½ tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
  • 6 ounces Swiss cheese, cut into cubes
  • Optional: cubed ham


Cook tortellini according to package instructions, strain cooked tortellini and add to a large bowl. In the large bowl with the tortellini, add the peas, ranch, green onions, red bell pepper, parsley and Swiss cheese. Toss the salad until all ingredients are evenly combined. Chill the tortellini salad covered for at least 2 hours before serving.
